Cotton House is a contemporary family residence in Muzaffarnagar designed around natural light, cross-ventilation and a calm material palette. The brief was a comfortable, low-maintenance home that still felt modern and welcoming.
We opened up the ground floor for living and dining, placed the kitchen for easy service flow, and used a neutral palette of warm woods and soft stone. The result is a home that is bright, breathable and built for everyday family life.
